My Journey
It started with SQL and Excel automation. No grand vision — just the observation that bad data setups waste a lot of smart people's time. Over 8 years I moved into production pipelines, BI migrations, and team management. The goal stayed the same: build things people actually use.
At BNP Paribas Personal Finance, I coordinated a Qlik - Tableau migration covering 10 critical reports, managed a team of 3 data analysts and delivered a financial performance reporting system covering 23 countries and 30M+ clients - all during COVID, with significantly accelerated consolidation timelines.
During a mission at a major healthcare group, I built daily finance and HR analytics - operational performance, budget monitoring, workforce dynamics. Practical tools with measurable impact on key indicators since deployment. Data security and compliance are built in from day one.
I keep a close eye on AI developments and put them to work when they bring real value - automation, anomaly detection, advanced forecasting. Not AI for the sake of it: the goal is always business impact.
