It started 8 years ago with a simple idea - well-used data genuinely changes how businesses make decisions. Starting from SQL queries and Excel automation, I gradually moved into full analytics engineering - production pipelines, BI migrations, team management - always with the same thread: making data concretely useful.

At BNP Paribas Personal Finance, I coordinated a Qlik - Tableau migration (€100K budget, 10 critical reports), managed a team of 3 data analysts and delivered a credit recovery reporting system covering 23 countries and 30M+ clients - all during COVID, under tight deadline pressure: -30% on consolidation time.

Today at Biogroup, I run daily finance and HR analytics - revenue, P&L, cost-cutting, absenteeism. These are practical tools with real impact: +2% revenue and -3 points absenteeism since deployment. Data security and compliance are built in from day one.

I keep a close eye on AI developments and put them to work when they bring real value - automation, anomaly detection, advanced forecasting. Not AI for the sake of it: the goal is always business impact.
